~kvh: how terrible a company that charges hundreds of dollars for boots, that don't even last a year, and then on top of that I wait an hour and ** minutes for no one to answer. I will never purchase UGGS again

~kvh: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kvh: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UGG's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kvh: For that I would say one out of five.
