GetHuman-107786: My husband and I are long time UPMC Passavant customers. In fact we go back all the way when it was just North Hills Passavant. I would like to tell you about me recent phone call to the UPMC Passavant scheduling line. My wait was only about ten minutes but when my phone csll was answered the must grumpy,unhelpful person answered the phone.I had to ask her name since she did not say what it was. Her name was Darby and my service was terrible. She took more time to try and argue with me than she did helping me. I was very upset by this and I don't know what to do. I will try another hospital in hopes that i get better treatment.

GetHuman-107786: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-107786: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPMC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-107786: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-107786: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPMC to know who you are.
