~chris: Beware! Beware! Ups could care less about there customers. Their attitude is "Its your problem!! They lost my package when it did arrive was busted in pieces! Today they said the claim was denied!! This has been one of the worst expearences I have had ever had. Totally un-professional staff. I will never deal with them ever again!* They are bad news.

~chris: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~chris: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~chris: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~chris: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
