GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UPS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Norquay: Buying items from e-bay is great. But when it comes to delivery, it is a poor choice when it come to delivery from the UPS. Tracking numbers help when you want to know where your item is. The same part was just sitting in one place for * days before they moved to another zip code. Just because it says * to * days shipping, doesn't mean they are allowed to wait that long before they move it again. Where the item I bought was located at, I could of drove up there and back * times that same day. Come on UPS, get on the ball already!!! What are you all...mexicans?!? Less work, more pay?

~Norquay: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Norquay: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Norquay: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~Norquay: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
