~Anonymous: Called UPS to have talk about a package that I ordered and I was not home when they made *st attempt. And i was also in the hospital for * days, so there was no way I could of been here for the *nd attempt..So I called UPS and told them that I was going to be in the hospital and the lady at UPS said okay, call us when you get out of hospital. So I called to have my package redelivered and they tell me now I have to come to the store to pick up my package..I do not drive and I have a seizure disorder and I cannot get out to get my package. The woman whoever I talked to did NOT want to help me in any means..Answer was: WE cannot do anything, etc etc etc..NO we cannot help you in anyway possible...Loved UPS but after this past experience with this last customer service representative..I will not deal with you guys anymore..NO compromise or nothing with me.*Did not want to help in any shape or matter..Very sad UPS!!!!!!!

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
