~Josephine: First of all the UPS agent did not try the gate to see if it was open which it was so he left the note on the gate and that was the last attempt. I however contacted ups and ask that the keep the package at there location for pick up and they sent back the package once again to the sender. I am so disappointed with the service that they are providing for people.**Josephine
