~Wishing they'd used FedEx: They are just awful. All of my packages last week arrived one day late so I changed delivery to their center to try to pick up on time. One still didn't, I don't even need it anymore and now they won't re-route back to my original destination.

~Wishing they'd used FedEx: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Wishing they'd used FedEx: For that I would say two out of five.
