~mekon1971: Firstly a whole day wasted waiting in for a parcel that never arrived. After contacting the so called customer service I was told I'd receive a call back within the hour. Four and a half hours and another three further phone calls to the useless call centre later still no call back from them. Parcel redelivered when not in and delivery note through door stating the parcel was at a local agent to be collected. Went to agent and parcel not there. Another call to UPS and I'm told the parcel is in fact at their depot and I now can't collect it until after the weekend. That'll be * day late and a ** mile round trip to collect a parcel they were paid to deliver. Also no answer to my e-mail despite the auto response saying I'd get a reply within one business day. Be better using the Pony Express for deliveries. It's a pity there isn't a no star rating, this company would get it.

~mekon1971: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mekon1971: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mekon1971: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~mekon1971: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
