~mama tee-arr: I called the toll-free number, trying to report that, even though it was witnessed by the intended recipient who was waiting for the driver in the hall, the driver made no effort to deliver the package I had sent. They claimed they couldn't deliver it because there was no apartment number on it. the mailbox is clearly marked with both name and apartment number.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting UPS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a UPS problem?
~mama tee-arr: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mama tee-arr: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mama tee-arr: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~mama tee-arr: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
