GetHuman-250529: I purchased an engagement ring and had planned on proposing to my girlfriend of four years. I only ordered the ring online because there were no physical stores in my area that carried the type of ring she wanted. UPS came to my apartment with the ring on the **th, and upon finding that I wasn't home, they just gave it to my neighbor. I have no contact with any of my neighbors, and it was never brought to me.*It was then escalated to an investigation which has only now concluded. The only contact I had with UPS during the entire ordeal was when I took the initiative to call them, and this still resulted in nothing but a headache. They sent the driver who gave the package away to my house twice...both times he did not show up at the time I had requested so I wasn't even there. Instead he talked to my girlfriend about the engagement ring she wasn't even supposed to know about and tried to say he worked ** hours a week so he doesn't even remember what happened.
