~Marcia: It's amazing reading these comments and realizing how utterly lost some people are. UPS workers are human, Humans make mistakes. I do believe they should refund people's money as they did not get what was promised but the pure anger is mind boggling. I understand dissapointment over a late parcel but if your holiday is "RUINED NOW" on the account of a late present then your issues are bigger then UPS. I really cant relate to all the anger...And I don't believe it's a child's anger and dissapointment either as they will forget about it in ** seconds while playing with other new toys. Give these people a break! MAD because they "Could have worked Christmas Day" truly shows one's character and is amazingly selfish! These workers have children, grandchildren and families they would like to spend time with too on Christmas, What if it was one of your family members? Exactly! My GOD this is not a catastrophic event! It is a late package!! Some of these people's comments clearly show how t

~Marcia: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Marcia: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Marcia: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~Marcia: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
