GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UPS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Home-Business: Delivery problem *****-UPS is customers problem. Packages delivered wrong places. The situation would be solved with specific instructions to leave my packages in addressed drop box. This would save claims, customer service, Drivers & myself time & money & ensure packages are delivered to the correct address. My choice is free and you can pick to leave at front door, rear door, garage ect but not drop box. To leave specific instructions cost $** a year. Im not paying to insure UPS delivers it to the correct address. UPS is saying our ***** UPS is your problem. Just put in a claim.
