GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UPS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~HATE UPS: I absolutely hate UPS. If I am given a choice when ordering I always choose anyone BUT them. When the many many issues that will happen do, their customer service is terrible. They just read you the lines that they are given and never give you any actual information. Plus, when a package is lost that script does not even have an apology in it! If you have a choice DO NOT USE UPS.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting UPS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a UPS problem?
~HATE UPS: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HATE UPS: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HATE UPS: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~HATE UPS: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
