~Markhughes48: I called because although I have been home all day, the UPS tracking info said that an attempt had been made (the driver left no sticker -- perhaps he didn't even get out of the truck). When I called, I eventually got a rep told me that the driver would come back later today. He never did. I called later and they said that no one would have told me that and that someone would call me on Monday to straighten it out. Um yeah, I got Saturday delivery so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday. Thanks for wasting my day UPS!

~Markhughes48: For that I would say one out of five.
