~Woody: UPS has elevated itself to be on par with the Pope--it is infallible. They delivered my parcel to another address down the street but continue to insist the delivery was to my address. Thanks to a neighbor my parcel was "delivered" but not at the time or address UPS maintains it made the delivery to. No one at UPS will acknowledge the error or tell me how to assure it doesn't happen again. I've decided the only solution is to insist anyone I buy from online use FedEx or refuse to make the purchase.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting UPS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a UPS problem?
~Woody: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Woody: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Woody: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~Woody: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
