~Customer Complaint: UPS seems to hire employees who are very irresponsible and borderline crooks. They should do background checks. Spoke with a Bill Haney in Texas, and the guy was extremely rude and definitely lives up to the UPS scam reputation. Because of Bill Haney, I will personally never use UPS forever.

~Customer Complaint: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
