~SchoolyQ : Ups is absolutely horrible. I ordered a pckg on friday w one day express air for **$. Company said i was guaranteed monday delivery. Tracked the pkg and was in my city out for delivery at *:**am. Tracker said it would be here by *pm aka end of the day. It is now *pM and have not received my shipment. Contacted customer service and all they gave me was a copy and pasted quote stating they try to get their drivers to get all pkgs delivered by *pm. Mind you in live in a small **k person city.

~SchoolyQ : I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SchoolyQ : I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SchoolyQ : For that I would say five out of five.

~SchoolyQ : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
