~annoyed: I put phone on speaker and after * hour still was tranfred and put on hold again for another ** minutes, just to have a rude and impatient service representative who had me repeat my name and spell it out twice, even than wasn't even able to help me at the time. I was told to call back to a different number ( just to book an award ticket) although the number i called originally was the same one they gave me that was automated voice to inform you to call back at a later time. a few hours later, the miles to use went up and the regular miles were sold out..of course! I will be choosing new airline very soon!
