GetHuman-126837: Tried to use my **,**** dividend miles to get a round trip ticket for several dates (non-blackout) but to no avail. It's hard to believe that US Air, United, and*or Continental could not get it done for me. Plenty of advance notice. I even gave them the option of using the following airports: Palm Springs, Orange County, LAX, Ontario. Still....nothing. Dividend Miles are of no value if you can't use them. More of a frustration than anything.
