~Cathy: After repeated unsuccessful attempt to book award travel online, made repeated (more than ** so far) phone calls. Only got a person * time, who told me she was unable to help me but would transfer me to someone else. Phone call cut off after * mins. Other call, after lengthy process of giving info, told they were too busy, to call back. Still can't book travel. What a ripoff.

~Cathy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Cathy: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about US Airways's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Cathy: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other US Airways customers?
~Cathy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for US Airways to know who you are.
