GetHuman-311934: My fiancee and her son were granted a K* and K* visa in Moscow on July ** ****, it has been a week and their passports still have not been returned to them with the visa stamp attached . We received an E-Mail stating that technical problems with the visa system started on July ** **** and now it is ten days later and the problem still is not resolved. We put a man on the moon almost fifty years ago and now we can not even make the visa system work properly----that is real progress isn't it .
