~Anon: I wasn't able to get all the way through to the Customer Service queue using the get human *********. I think it was the *s that the system said "Customer Service is not available." So I hit * about * stimes without stopping and then it connected me to Customer Service. It took me * minutes and ** seconds to be connected by customer service. I then sat on hold for ** minutes and finally hung up because my brain was going to melt if I had to listen to the recorded lady talk any more. *I dropped off a package with postage I purchased online. ** hours later it still hasn't been scanned as accepted at the sort facility. Not sure why I paid $** to ship something to a customer via Priority Mail and I can't talk to someone. USPS is one of my least favorite entities to deal with, but I have to almost daily for work. You stink USPS.
