~gigi: Yesterday it took me two hours to open an account to have two pkgs. picked up at home (I am elderly and I have difficulty walking. When finally done it would not allow me to use PayPal so had to start over and use credit card. Then it would not allow me to print the labels. My pressure was near *** at this point and I had to take aspirin to avoid a stroke!. The agent had to leave me because it was taking too long. At **:** a.m. my nephew came over to try to print labels. It took him one hour and only after he disconnected the printer from the computer and used printer on Wi-fi. Pickup was scheduled for ******* (today) and it is now *:** p.m. and no sign of a mailman. Could get no info on internet w* track. *. So I called for Customer Care and had the hardest time getting thu' automated operator* her questions didn't relate to my problem (hung up on me and I now had to call again and start over). Nor does she understand my answers. What is wrong with the USPS? I am throughly
