~ANNOYED: THIS COMPANY ACTIVATES THEIR SERVICE WITH IMAGINARY PEOPLE I CALLED AND ASKED WHO HAD APPROVED FOR THE SERVICE TO BE CONNECTED AND THEY GAVE A NAME OF A PERSON THAT DOESN'T EXIST, THAT JUST ADDED OUR LAST NAME WITH A MADE UP DATE OF BIRTH, AFTER THAT THE REPRESENTATIVE DISCONNECTED THE PHONE CALL NOT LETTING ME FINISH TELLING HER WHAT I NEED TO BE DONE. CALLED BACK DIFFERENT PERSON ANSWERED AND STATED THAT THE PERSON I HAD SPOKEN BEFORE HAD ALREADY MADE THE CANCELLATION.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE DON'T USE THEM EVER. I HOPE I DON'T HAVE TO CALL THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN
