~Mandz: I don't like uber. Poor in everything. Sort yourselves out. Have a bad experience with you. Would never recommend you. Don't know how many times I had to change my password just cause you felt it was wrong. I'm m glad I can't log in because my passwords are wrong.

~Mandz: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mandz: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uber's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mandz: For that I would say five out of five.

~Mandz: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
