~info1212: I got picked up by a driver yesterday called Abdul, who firstly took me the longest possible way around brick lane to get to Waterloo but about * minutes into the journey we were pulled over by the police. I waited while he spoke to them outside for about * minutes and could hear that they were reprimanding him so I got out and asked what was happening. I asked if it was speeding he was being done for as I had hear them saying something like that and the police man replied 'yes among other things' so I cancelled the trip on my phone and then left to get the tube from St. Pauls.*To my absolute HORROR I received a receipt following this of ***£**.** which as you can imagine being already traumatised from this trip I was not happy about. *I demand a refund for this. I use Uber often and have recommended it to many friends and colleagues. I should not have been in this situation in the first place and CERTAINLY not have paid ***£**.** to be subjected to it.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~info1212: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uber's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~info1212: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Uber customers?
~info1212: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
