GetHuman-mchlbib2: I want to have a Uber driver pick me up on time and drive me to my home.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-mchlbib2: I have had miserable experience with Uber. The lack of directions is one of the causes. I had provided my pick-up location and I think that when I was somewhat late walking from my company location to the pick-up location the Uber driver had already left or failed to arrive on time. At that time I did not know that when I give my destination location to Uber then when I seek additional pick-ups, hopefully at least one that worked I was not picked up. Unlike many cab companies, no one from Uber called me to let me know what to expect and how I can help make my interaction with Uber successful.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Uber. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Uber problem?
GetHuman-mchlbib2: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-mchlbib2: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uber's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-mchlbib2: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Uber customers?
GetHuman-mchlbib2: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
