~kymkim03: I was *.* miles from my destination and the driver took the long route and my price was $***. He took the longest route on purpose and he was rude. This was the worst experience I have ever had on an uber. I would like a refund or at least most of it. * miles is NOT $***

~kymkim03: For that I would say five out of five.

~kymkim03: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
