~Truth: You are not even given a chance to get to a rep! They hit you with you qualified for a Life Alert Offer or a $*** Walmart rebate offer which you are charged $*.** for. Reps barely speak English and would not forward me to UA to ask for product info to buy THEIR product after decking the offer * TIMES!!! Calling NIKE! JUST DIAL IT!
