I am calling on a Friday mind you between the hours of *-* AM and it took me * calls just to be put on hold for an hour. I really hope I can now speak to a live human being about this travesty of unemployment website and why it has been beyond difficult to get any unemployment benefits. Shame on you state of FL, us tax payers paying into this should get our entire money back for this mess!!
