So I have been trying for more than a week at different times of the day and ALWAYS the same recorded shut off.**I am trying to claim weeks which they show as due, but they have an error for the first week and I cannot get past that point online. I keep getting told that I have failed to answer certain questions, but at no time am I ever able to find the questions to answer them. Its as iff the branch in the system that is supposed to take me to the special set of questions just does not exist, so I end up in a Catch ** situation.**I need a live human to address this problem but I cannot get hold of one. The system is an abysmal failure at this stage and is causing untold hardship to the very people it is supposed to be helping. That is Failure with a capital "F".
