GetHuman-247895: Can never get through. Tried calling for ** minutes straight one day and it would just say all lines are busy and just hang up. I have done this about every other day for over a month. The one time I did get a hold of a live person I was on hold for over one hour! Sadly the person really did not give me any insight to how long the process took and said they would send an email to see if they could speed it up. That was about * weeks ago. This process is horrible. I have been working for ** years and never collected unemployment. The most frustrating part is you can never talk to a live person, because the lines are always busy. Guess it would be different if I had * kids.
