~SEB: I HAVE TRIED TWICE TO GET THROUGH TO THEM AND HAVE HUNG UP AFTER ** MINUTES..I TRIED TO GET ONLINE TO ASK A QUESTION BUT APPARENTLY ONE HAS TO PAY TO GET CUSTOMER HELP. THIS PRODUCT IS A PIECE OF JUNK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY A UNIDEN PRODUCT!

~SEB: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~SEB: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uniden's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SEB: For that I would say three out of five.
