~Robert: I waited ** minutes to talk to someone. They kept repeating your call will be answered in the order it was received. Thats BS. No one ever answered and I finally hung up. I will never buy a Uniden product again.

~Robert: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Robert: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Robert: For that I would say two out of five.
