~mbj: Save your receipts! After multiple calls and e-mails, I was simply brushed off. I had asked what other "proofs of purchase" would be acceptable. The answer: none, really. If you don't have your receipt, you don't have a warranty." I lost mine in a move, along with a lot else. What happened to honor and problem-solving?

~mbj: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mbj: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uniden's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mbj: For that I would say three out of five.
