GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's United Airlines customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-339184: After * hours of trying to reserve a trans-atlantic trip, my daughter called me asking to use my credit card, since they had a problem with hers. They then triple-charged my card (over $****!). They then wanted the "fax number of my bank" to rectify the error. My credit card company, after over an hour, admitted they had no fax number. United wanted to do a *-way conversation, meaning someone in the Philippines would get my personal card info (such as SS*) over the phone. What is this? So unprofessional!!! Just credit the error to my credit card account like any other business does! No response yet from email sent to United.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting United Airlines. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a United Airlines problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

GetHuman-339184: For that I would say two out of five.
