~BB: The phone connection cut in and out. they transferred me fives times and never resolved. i hung up and tried again and got transferred still with no results. This was the worst connection and no results for * **** hours. Finally they told me to call Air Canada.

~BB: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~BB: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about United Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BB: For that I would say three out of five.
