~deauxver: After about ** minutes, the "hold music" stopped playing, and it sounded like someone was about to answer the phone, and then there was silence or near silence for several minutes before I finally heard some identifiable and understandable human voice on the other end - I was patient and gave it several minutes since the line never disconnected until I finally heard the customer rep talking to me. Once established, the line was clear and the friendly sound of a Filipino woman was answering all the questions that I had. I may be a little biased because I am married to a Filipino myself, but the help was in very understandable english that no American would have a problem understanding.

~deauxver: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~deauxver: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about United Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~deauxver: For that I would say five out of five.
