GetHuman-16488: Talking to some one in the Philippines who barely spoke English, when I told her I couldn't understand her, she hung up on me. I called back and was treated rudely and was told that since I made my reservation on the WEB site, I would have to make any corrections on the WEB site. I paid for an upgrade to first class, but had to change reservations, I paid the change fee of $***.** plus the additional fee as the cost of the flight had changed, but the upgrade did not occur and I was told that there would be no refund of the upgrade fee from the changed flight, do I have an option ?
