GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's United Airlines customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Dave: Dave,*My problem is with management, not the employees who are trying to deal with passenger problems. I was not able to get contact information for a manager..because the employees handling customer issues do not have that information or are not allowed to give it out. *UA has a policy whereby no employee can be held accountable for what they say to the public about flights. Rule **. We were told by the captain our flight was delayed because of mechanical reasons. *After setting at the gate( never pushed back) for *hours the flight was cancelled and the official word from UA is weather. I will keep trying until I can have a discussion with someone who is accountable for their actions.
