~timfoster: I got a message saying the wait would be approx. * mins. After ** mins the call was answered and the operator immediately hung up! The second time I waited * mins and was passed to customer care. Wait another ** minutes (after a promise of * minutes) only to find that the department they put me through to only deals with flight delays. It's as though they do it deliberately. Nobody is that incompetent surely? On hold again with a complete idiot in India who simply ignores everything I say and continues reading the next line of his script. He even has the temerity to say "You are being very nice with me" as he again ignores me and puts me on hold for the fourth time! I've now lost the will to live!
