~Michael K: On return flight to Denver, plane waits for ** minutes at DIA, as ground crew is on break and between shifts ( per pilot) even though docking space is open and available for our plane. The one checked bag I had, on a direct flight from Calgary, did not make the plane, even though I arrived for check in at Calgary, in plenty of time.*So what happened ? As this was a small United plane, ( Canadian Regional Jet) it was oversold. With so many carry ons checked in below, I and multiple other passengers had their luggage shifted to another plane.*So after waiting at the baggage carousel for ** plus minutes, guess what, all * lost baggage claim stations at DIA ( one of United main hubs), were unattended on a Sunday afternoon for over ** minutes, as all United lost baggage employees were on break*in a meeting. When they finally sashayed out, the baggage reps stood for several minutes behind their computers, talking to no one. It felt like one was in line for food stamps. The last * Unite

~Michael K: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Michael K: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about United Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Michael K: For that I would say four out of five.
