~Peeved Canadian: The background noise was very loud and though she took my file number and my last name she spent more than * minutes investigating someone elses missing bags before verifying my number and name again. She put me on hold without telling me she was going to first and was unapologetic for the fact the bags had not been delivered within ** hours as promised.
