~Ryan Gallagher: They broke the wheel off my luggage ($****.** suitcase) and unfortunately I left my Taylor Guitar in their closet behind the cockpit where they told me to put it. This was the last leg of flights all around the world as I was returning from the Philippines and I was half asleep when I left the plane with all my other bags. Have tried to contact them on * occasions with no response. This is a $****.** guitar, $***.** case with a $***.** microphone and accessories inside the case. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I fly all over the world entertaining. Will simply never use them again.
