~Rljjoseph: Waited for ** min after auto system said approx. ** min wait. At beginning of call gave my phone * and asked if disconnected, please call back. CSR took * and said she would (Christine), started to explain mother in laws flight situation and that she had fallen in Rochester airport when rushing to make changed flight due to cancellation and that she would need wheelchair assist for connection etc. told rep very concerned and needed to verify my mothers connection was confirmed etc. call was disconnected and agent never called back or assist me with anything. United airlines coincidentally sent my mother to the wrong gate and rebooked her on incorrect flight causing her to do extra connections and wait in airport all day for next flight. Gate agent would not talk to me on phone to discuss rebooking. My mother was nervous and injured from falling and United and it's representatives left her to figure it out on her own and simply did not care that she had injured herself when she fell. I

~Rljjoseph: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about United Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rljjoseph: For that I would say five out of five.
