~jeanie howell: i tried to tell them that I had been charged for my ticket twice. She was o help, however, our bank statement reflects three charges, two for tickets to Houston and one for seating. Also who has an hour to wait and who wants to hear a recording and awful music for twenty or su human. Please understand people like to talk to people and not robots.
