~not happy: From a providers office, we check insurance eligibility over the phone. United concordia has recently changed its policy so that they will not give us any information through a rep even though you wait ** minutes to talk to one, the IVR system does not have all of the details we need and the website is only detailed enough to tell us if there is active coverage on a patient which has proven to be lacking in accuracy lately.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting United Concordia. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a United Concordia problem?
~not happy: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
