~amwil358: I recently purchased their individual *** plan. It was the most expensive and the reviews for this company looked good. After * weeks of not getting a dental card I finally called to find out that they had sent it to the wrong address. So I ask if its ok to still go to my routine visit. I was assured everything was ok my dentist was in network and I got a free cleaning. On top of that I finally go to the dentist for a routine yearly cleaning. I get a call a week later to find out they don't pay the ***% like they clam. You have a $** copay once a year. So the women I talked to didn't give me the right information, I have no card or packet still and have been paying for two months. It looks like if they were as good as people say that you could at least get what you pay for. I have never has such a bad experience with a simple dental insurance. If they are the best then they apparently got a lot of work to do especially when you call the **** number because they are the rudest peop

~amwil358: For that I would say four out of five.
