~sick and tired : because it is easier for you to be told then to actually read and if the girls in the office could comprehend anything they they would not need to call. the benefits are on the website and the benefits are on the fax. And if they would read the denied EOB they would not need to call to ask why it denied. Maybe the customer service ***** but it is because after *** times day repeating the same thing it gets old any annoying as well. Hire more competent people in your office. Suggestion start with literacy.
