~norma: I called for two weeks to get a mental health authorization and they couldn't find my member ID or group number, because I had united in **** and that was the information in the system. When actually my employer register my new information a month before. Then when I finally requested the authorization for mental health services. the person who answer has such a horrible attitude and rudeness that have the nerve to ask me in a bad tone if I was planning to commit suicide. Imagine if I was. She don't have no skills or compassion to be in that position of answering mental health patiens calls. Horrible service
